NOTE ABOUT PRICING: Our pricing is based on the number of leads your website generates per month. Each time a visitor submits their address, an API call is initiated for which we are charged by our data providers to pull the most up to date AVM (estimated value) and property data to provide you with the most accurate data available. Unlike REI list companies that buy data in bulk and update periodically, you are receiving the data from premium Real Estate data companies (and therefore expensive) that is never more than a month old. This is the same data used by Opendoor and Offerpad. Each additional Offer then is charged  to cover the overage. But don't worry, if you are exceeding your allotment, all you need to do is upgrade your plan and remember, you should be cashing a lot more checks.
